Our cottage Ferienhaus offers clear and fair pricing designed for relaxing holidays in a comfortable, private atmosphere. The base price includes the entire house for exclusive use, including living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, terrace or balcony and garden area where available. Utilities such as water, electricity and heating are included in the basic rate, so there are no hidden additional costs for normal use. Prices are usually calculated per night and vary depending on the season.
